Classic Cue – Maple

Description

The David Bowen Classic Cue with Maple shaft is made by hand with the highest grade seasoned North American Maple (acer saccharum). The maple are made with 9-month kiln dried timber which is then rested for a minimum of 12 months to ensure that the wood is fully seasoned. The shafts are then taken down in several stages over a course of 12-18 months. The shaft is then ready for the exotic hardwood splices. As my cues are all handmade to order please allow up to 24 months for delivery.

The Classic range of cues are hand spliced with only the highest grade of exotic hardwoods available. Wood choices include African Gabon ebony (black ebony), Macassar ebony or striped Asian ebony. Decorative front facing splices are also available in the Classic range, select decorative slice options from the drop down menus to confirm the chosen options.

The Classic cue badge now reads, “Handmade by DAVID BOWEN – CLASSIC”.

Extensions are also available for my cues, these are available for purchase as an additional item. These will be made from the same wood choice for the main cue splices.
